These tasks are waiting for you, among others:

  • Independent recording and scheduling of container transports in national and international seaport hinterland traffic with focus on rail transports
  • IT-supported order processing
  • Service-oriented customer care, customer consulting and complaints management
  • Correspondence with our service providers - by telephone and e-mail
  • Control of delivery in coordination with customers, delivery companies, agencies and terminals
  • Planning of trains and slots in day-to-day business
  • Processing irregularities and initiating countermeasures

  • Good English skills

Your qualification for this profession:

Completed training in freight forwarding, logistics, shipping is required.
